# Install in Perplexity

> Add brightplace Connect as a custom remote MCP connector in Perplexity.

Perplexity supports custom remote MCP connectors on Pro, Max, and Enterprise
plans. Custom connectors are not available on the free tier. The brightplace
Connect endpoint must be reachable over the public internet via HTTPS.

## Add the connector

1. Go to [perplexity.ai/computer/connectors](https://perplexity.ai/computer/connectors).
2. Click **+ Custom connector**.
3. Set the name to `brightplace` and the MCP server URL to:

https://mcp.brightplace.ai/mcp
```

4. Click **Add**.
5. Search for `brightplace` in connectors, then click **brightplace**.
6. Click **Add connector** and follow the sign-in flow.

On Enterprise workspaces, an administrator may need to add and share the
connector org-wide, and may control whether members can add their own
connectors, before you can use it.
