Claude supports remote MCP custom connectors from Claude’s cloud infrastructure. Your brightplace Connect endpoint must be reachable over the public internet.

Add the connector

  1. Go to claude.ai/customize/connectors.
  2. Click the + and then Add custom connector.
  3. Set the name to brightplace and the MCP server URL to:
  1. Click Add.
  2. If the connector appears under Not connected, click Connect and follow the sign-in flow.
For Team and Enterprise workspaces, an owner may need to add the custom connector at the organization level before members can connect it individually.
